Have you ever found yourself waiting for a ride to the airport, but they’re running late and you can’t get hold of them?  At Akron Canton Taxi, we call all passengers 15 -60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time - You will know for certain that we are on the way.  Also, we monitor traffic and weather reports.  In rare cases, we will call you to give you the option of moving up your pick up time (typically due to inclement weather, occasionally traffic issues) in order to get you to your destination (airport, meeting, other event) on time. 

For Airport passengers coming into CAK, your driver will call you on your mobile shortly after your plane touches down to arrange your pick up at the door closest to your baggage claim.  If you need assistance with your luggage your driver will come in to the airport to help you.

Our drivers conduct themselves professionally.  We wear collared shirts, our vehicles are clean and well maintained (working AC/Heat, etc.), and we give complimentary bottled water.  You will not be forced to endure to unpleasant music, odors, or creepy drivers.
